ABOUT THIS ARTWORK: LES CRISTAUX DE REVE DETAIL A LA GENESE
Peintre montréalaise d’origine roumaine, Rodica Vinca découvre la beauté des couleurs depuis son enfance et elle consacre son temps à la peinture en suivant différents cours à Vancouver (Techniques de peinture et céramique) et à l’Université de Montréal (Histoire de L’Art). Avec 20 ans d’expérience, Rodica Vinca est une des figures importantes de l’art contemporain québécois. Elle est membre du Cercle des artistes peintres et sculpteurs de Québec (CAPSQ) et de l’Association des artistes multidisciplinaires de Laval QC (ALPAP). Pour « l’originalité, la valeur esthétique et technique » de son l’œuvre, Rodica Vinca a été récompensé avec la médaille d’or, au Gala international des arts visuels « Son et Lumière » qui a eu lieu à Montréal, en avril 2019. Également, elle a reçu la médaille d’or et le diplôme d’honneur du Mikolowie Art Show - Domu Kultury de Pologne. Rodica Vinca, a fait des nombreuses expositions individuelles et collectives au Canada, France et Pologne. Ses œuvres font partie des collections publique et privées au Canada, Roumanie, France, Pays-Bas, Espagne, Pologne, USA. Montreal painter of Romanian origin, Rodica Vinca has rediscovered the beauty of colours from her childhood, and after attending various courses in Vancouver such as « Painting Techniques and Ceramics » and the University of Montreal (History of Art), she has devoted her time to painting. With over 20 years of experience, Rodica Vinca is one of the important figures of contemporary art of Quebec. She is a member of the Circle of « Painters and Sculptors of Quebec » and the « Association of Multidisciplinary Artists of Laval ». In April 2019, Rodica Vinca was awarded the gold medal at the International Gala of visual arts «Sound and Light» for «the originality, the aesthetic and technical value» of her work, which took place in Montreal. She also received the gold medal and the diploma of honour from the Mikolowie Art Show - Domu Kultury of Poland. Rodica Vinca has made numerous solo and group exhibitions in Canada, France and Poland. Her works are part of public and private collections in Canada, Romania, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, and the USA
